What Is Hypnosis, Really?
Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed state of focused awareness—similar to the feeling you get during a facial when your mind drifts and time seems to disappear. You remain aware, in control, and fully present, while your body and mind are guided into a state where change and insight can feel more accessible.
Think of it as intentional relaxation with purpose.

If you’ve ever noticed how easily you relax during your facial treatments, that’s intentional. My work has always supported more than skin—through calming presence, intuitive touch, and thoughtful pacing, I help clients access deep rest, where the nervous system softens and the mind quiets.
Hypnosis is a natural extension of this work.
While often associated with relaxation, hypnosis is ultimately an empowering, learnable skill—one that helps you enter focused, receptive states by choice. It’s collaborative, not something done to you, and its benefits extend far beyond the session itself.
